The Components MRO has a dedicated Program Management Directorate and an Engineering Directorate who are able to provide the necessary support in order to meet your requirements and keep a smooth fleet operation. Tailored Support Programs

We are committed to tailoring our services to your specific needs – from a one-time unit maintenance requirement to the full support coverage of your entire fleet. We have the flexibility and capabilities to provide you with a broad spectrum of services and a large variety of customized maintenance solutions to support the smooth operation of small, mid-size and large fleets.

Flight Hour Rate Program (FHR)

A Flight-Hour-Rate program is a win-win choice of program where the customer and vendor share the same interests: product reliability, minimized ground time and fewer removals – all leading to increased revenues. This program is the most inclusive maintenance program and is a type of insurance package that offers budgetary control and forecasting predictability. We will calculate an hourly rate which will include all required maintenance services, based on your fleet data. The larger the package, the more flexible the price, thus leading to lower costs per component. You pay a monthly fee and we provide unlimited services in response.

Not to Exceed (NTE) Rates

Choosing this type of Support Program ensures a price limit for a support activity that will not exceed a mutually agreed-upon sum. Should the final cost be less than the NTE price, the customer will be invoiced according to the actual cost. This is an excellent solution for customers who work with maintenance reserves and APUs.

Fixed Price Program

This Support Program allows you to budget your MRO & Upgrade activities annually, and is suitable for both small component programs (a list of components each with a fixed repair price) and larger landing gear programs. You are protected against market labor and material price increases.

Time & Material Program

The most basic Support Program that we offer allows you to pay only for the actual work performed after agreeing to the price of the maintenance proposal. A no-frills, non-exclusive solution where the customer is in control of his expenditure.
